THE STORY
Guillermo J. Queris is an education leader and co-founder of MLMPI Prep Academy. His journey began with real adversity — the loss of his father, struggles with ADHD and bipolar disorder, and years of incarceration as a young adult.
He turned those challenges into purpose, earning degrees in Psychology and Educational Leadership and building schools that help students who feel forgotten find structure, support, and a path forward.
Today, Guillermo has over 20 years of experience in education, compliance, and special needs support. He co-founded MLMPI Prep Academy and helped grow it from 7 to over 2,000 students in just 6 years, building 11+ schools that serve foster care youth, at-risk students, and special needs populations.
